Anxiety to Calm

If anxiety has stopped you from doing your usual activities and living your best life, come learn skills to find calm, challenge yourself and live well.

The program is focused on people learning more about anxiety, developing skills in class which are practiced at home to manage and reduce anxiety, and experience more calmness.

People attending this 8 week group had a 50% reduction in anxiety symptoms on completion of the group. People improved their ability to do daily tasks and work; had more energy; better mental health and increased their likelihood of socializing with family and friends.

  • Your partner/spouse or support person is welcome to attend this workshop with you. In addition to registering yourself, you will need to complete a separate registration form for them now.

At this time, all in-person group workshops are limited in size to maintain safe social distancing. If you are registering for an in-person workshop, we do require continuous masking during the workshop.
